If the experience you provide clients is strictly you doing things for the client, they will appreciate it but may not feel involved in it. Get your clients to be active participants in the experience you provide. Let them feel like you are partners, let them take some ownership, give them an opportunity to guide some of the experience.

- Give them a say in developing client appreciation events
